Virtual Assistant Capital is a managed virtual assistant service. We match businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and Australia with one dedicated, vetted virtual assistant who works their hours, in their tools. Our VAs are based in India.

What we do
- One dedicated VA: one named person who works only for you and learns your business, not a rotating pool.
- Matching, not a marketplace: you describe the tasks, tools and hours; we shortlist VAs who fit and you choose.
- Industry admin: inbox and calendar, customer messages, scheduling, CRM, invoicing and bookkeeping support, and the admin of your industry's software.
- AI-fluent option: our AI Manager plan is a full-time VA who builds, runs and checks AI and automation workflows.
How it works
- Tell us what you need through the request form: tasks, tools, hours and timing.
- Within 72 hours you receive a free shortlist of two to three hand-picked VAs. Every candidate has cleared a skills assessment, reference checks and a live trial task.
- You interview your shortlist directly and choose your VA.
- Your VA starts with a structured first week of onboarding. If the fit is wrong in the first 30 days, we replace your VA at no cost.

- Essentials: $899 a month, 20 hours a week (about $10 an hour all-in).
- Executive: $1,599 a month, a full-time dedicated VA (about $9 an hour all-in).
- AI Manager: $2,599 a month, a full-time AI-fluent VA (about $15 an hour all-in).
- Team: custom pricing for two to ten dedicated VAs.

Where our VAs work from
Our VAs are based in India and work the hours you set. UK and European business hours fall in an afternoon and evening shift in India; US hours mean an evening or night shift, which is common for VAs who serve US clients. Tell us your exact hours and we shortlist VAs who work them.
What we will not do
- We do not place VAs to do licensed work: no legal, medical, clinical, tax filing or financial advice. VAs handle the administration around it.
- We do not ask for your passwords. Your VA works inside your accounts with access you grant and can remove at any time, and confidentiality and data-handling rules are agreed with you before any access is given.
- We do not sell you the wrong thing. If you need a US-based assistant or only a few hours a month, we will tell you another kind of service fits better.
